Answers to the questions parents ask us most. Can’t find yours? Call (03) 9359 0022 or book a tour.

What ages do you care for?

We care for children from 6 weeks to 6 years, in six age-based rooms from babies to 4 year old kindergarten.

What are your opening hours?

We are open Monday to Friday, 7.00am to 6.00pm.

How much does it cost?

Our daily fee is $160, or $165 for a casual day. Most families receive the Child Care Subsidy, which is paid straight to us, so you only pay the gap. See our fees and Child Care Subsidy page for the full schedule.

How many subsidised days can we get?

From 5 January 2026, every family eligible for the Child Care Subsidy can get at least 3 subsidised days a week (72 hours a fortnight), whatever your work or study hours. You can estimate your subsidy with the government Child Care Subsidy calculator.

Do you offer Free Kinder?

Yes. We run government-funded 3 and 4 year old kindergarten programs led by Bachelor-qualified teachers, inside our long day care. Free Kinder reduces your fees further. Read more on our Free Kinder page.

How do I enrol?

The best first step is to book a tour so you can see the rooms and meet our educators. When you are ready, you can enrol online or join the waitlist.

Are meals included?

Yes. We provide nutritious meals and snacks during the day, and you can see the menu and what your child ate in the OWNA app.

How will I know how my child’s day went?

Every family gets the OWNA parent app. It shows what your child ate and the weekly menu, posts and notifications from educators and the director, incident reports, and your invoices.

How do you keep children safe?

We follow the Victorian Child Safe Standards, all staff hold a Working with Children Check or teacher registration, and every concern is acted on. Read our child safety commitment.

Where are you?

1663 Sydney Road, Campbellfield VIC 3061. Families come to us from Campbellfield, Broadmeadows, Coolaroo, Fawkner, Glenroy, Roxburgh Park and nearby suburbs.
